About APS Film Holder Compatible With V500 And 4490 Film
This is a APS film format negative holder for use with the Epson Perfection V500 and 4490 flatbed film scanners (US Patent Pending). Completely redesigned model. This was CAD designed and manufactured for use with the obsolete APS film format that became popular in the 1990s. Use of this holder will require removal of your negative strip from the spool and cutting in to appropriate length for scanning. Important: Aftermarket holders for odd film sizes will usually require the ability to manually scan film strips with "thumbnail" modes turned off. Depending on your model and software, masking of individual frames for scanning may be necessary for the best results. Please ensure you know how to set your scanner/software for full manual control.
