We originally designed the NXTGEN EasyFlow Mask in March 2020 for use by frontline healthcare workers during extreme PPE shortages. Model F0230 is a unique design that combines the low profile fit of a mask, with the tight seal of a respirator. With available medical and industrial filter media, it is likely the last mask you'll ever need. The unique silicone gasket design allows flexible placement on the face. Those with small faces can tuck the chin inside the mask, medium size faces can wear the mask on the chin and those with larger faces can wear above the chin but below the mouth, allowing one size to fit most. The NXTGEN EasyFlow Mask Model F0230 is available to both clinicians and the general public.To date, we have tens of thousands of masks in use by frontline healthcare professionals, worldwide. In the clinical setting, we have a 95% positive fitment rate with one size. With proper seal, all NXTGEN filter media will pass a qualitative fit test. All of our filter media is made exclusively in the USA, and is processed in an ISO 9001:2015 facility. All of our filter media is independently lab tested to meet the most stringent global medical mask and respirator standards. Every mask set includes (5) genuine Hollingsworth & Vose Technostat Plus electrostatic filters. Technostat Plus meets all global medical standards and is extremely efficient at filtering micron and sub-micron particles. It is a needle punch non-woven textile that is electrostatically charged. These HV filters are among the finest medical filter media available and the heart of our mask. While meltblown filter media mostly mechanically filters like a strainer, our Technostat Plus filters are triboelectric charged. This electrostatic charging causes fine particles to cling to the tiny fibers. This allows the filter media to be much more airy and breathable, while still providing robust level filtration.
