On her fourth album, 'Excellent Day', Lizanne Knott returns to her folk-blues roots, weaving the heart of the Mississippi Delta, the soul of New Orleans, the spirit of modern folk and the emotionality of vintage Nashville into an inspired and instantly memorable musical blend. Although 'Excellent Day' is only her fourth full length release, Knott's been a presence in the music scene for almost two decades.
