About 2 Part Sculpting Epoxy Clay 1 Lb Kit
LXC Epoxy Clay, is a sculpting compound that has a clay like consistency and the adhesive strength of epoxy! Its smooth, near putty consistency is easy to mix and use. Room temperature curing, no heating or oven baking needed. It will not shrink or crack in large structures and is designed for the needs of modelers, electroforming, crafters, miniatures, sculptors, marine/exterior applications and woodworkers where waterproof and freeze/thaw durability is required. Paint, stain, sand, carve, grind and more for the desired look and finish. Embellish your existing pieces or build a new armature or base from start to finish; shape by hand or with modeling tools. Adheres to most clean surfaces like PVC, wood, iron, steel, glass, etc. And is great for repairing porcelain, dolls, china, etc. Cleans up with soap and water. 1-4 hour working time, 12 hr. cure. Use in 70°F or higher temperatures. Two-part epoxy putty, Mix equal parts A & B together until uniform in color, reducing the hardener by small amounts can lengthen the time you have to sculpt or create, too little hardener and it will not harden. Use of gloves is recommended for all. If gloves are not available, wash your hands with soap and water after working with LXC Epoxy Clay.DO NOT USE contaminated/dirty tools or hands when retrieving portions from each container. Mixing even tiny amounts oils from one container to the other can start a reaction that can cause an entire container to harden and be unusable. Use different tools for retrieving parts A & B from each container. Do not touch your face with dirty hands.
