Small 13" - 15" (33 - 38 cm) Medium 16" - 19" (40.5 - 48.25 cm) Large 20" - 23" (51 - 58.5 cm) Important: If your dog's neck measures less than 13 inches, or more than 23 inches around the base, you should NOT use the collar. The Pack Leader Collar is not intended for dogs weighing less than 18 pounds (8.2 kilograms), or for puppies under one year of age.
