About Metallophone
This luminous instrument produces a dreamy tone, with excellent sustain from the metallic notes. Unlike a traditional vibraphone, the Metallophone can be split into just a diatonic instrument or just the accidental notes. The lightweight wooden frame allows for proper resonance from the notes. The diatonic frame has a slot for the extra note bars, and both frames have convenient mallet holder holes.
