About Southwire 2843 Shock Shield GFCI Outlet Box, Safety

6-Foot GFCI adapter extension cord SJTW rated 15 amp/120 Volts yellow is a Duplex box with one Duplex outlet. This ground fault circuit Interrupter, or GFCI, provides personal protection from ground faults and open neutral conditions anywhere electrical equipment is used. All gfci-feet are compact, weather and Rain proof and engineered to handle rugged conditions on any jobsite. All of the models feature molded connectors, 12 or 14 gauge wa Safety Yellow cords, heavy duty strain relief, reinforced blades and pins and manual "test/reset" buttons with industrial grade relays. These Duplex boxes are made of high impact resin with a slant roof design to prevent water entry. These receptacles accommodate large plugs.
