About Whatman 2810-338 Premium Cellulose Extraction
This Whatman high performance, 33 x 80mm, cellulose extraction thimble is produced from high-quality alpha cellulose cotton linter. It has excellent mechanical strength and retention. It is a double thickness thimble with a wall thickness of approximately 2mm (6.0 µm nominal particle retention). It is used for applications where higher retention and increased wet or dry strength, or rigidity are required. The high purity of the materials ensures reliable and reproducible analytical results.
