PVC manifolds have branches with two-way PTFE valves for independent control of vacuum. Hose barb accepts 1 and #8260;4" ID tubing. Branches accept no. 8 stoppers. Sanitize with ethanol or formaldehyde; do not Autoclave. Maximum temperature is 140°f (60°c). distance between stations is 5.5" (14 cm). significantly reduce process time compared to gravity methods two- and three-way valves feature PTFE stopcocks for smooth control. Valves provide independent control at each branch for vacuum and Venting. Connect three or six filter holders to one vacuum source.
