About Cobalt 2700HT - High-Temp Undercounter Commercial
The Cobalt 2700HT is a high-temp sanitizing warewashing machine designed for commercial applications. Built-in booster heater uses Temp-Shield logic to ensure glasses and dishes are properly sanitized each cycle. Easy to operate design with auto fill and drain. Built-in detergent and rinse-aid pumps. Easy to read LCD display gives real-time temperatures and cycle status. 208-230V single phase requires a 30 amp breaker.
