This 48" prep table features an adjustable shelf for storing ingredients, as well as an included cutting board for ingredient prep. The two-door unit also comes with (12) 1/6-size polycarbonate pans to stash veggies, meats, and cheeses after they're prepped for service. This 12.8-cubic-foot sandwich/salad table also features an electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature display that allows you to maintain a proper serving temperature for all your ingredients. This Value Series prep table boasts a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion and rust.
