Stunning Tropical Sundew The Drosera spatulata, also known as Sundew, is one of the largest types of carnivorous plants. It starts out green and develops a vibrant pink color on its long claws as the plant matures. It was dubbed Sundew because of its sticky hairs that look like clear “dew” drops that help them trap their prey. Absolutely Zero Upkeep Unlike Venus flytraps, which are known to be difficult plants to grow, the Drosera spatulata is a lot less sensitive to humidity conditions once it’s outside the terrarium. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a green thumb or you’re just a busy plant lover. There’s no watering, insect feeding, or direct sunlight needed.
