California's Imperial Valley Guitars has been at the forefront of today's revived Weissenborn Hawaiian guitar movement, with their numerous innovations being widely copied on several continents. Their Classic-T uses the traditional Weissenborn depth of about 3 1/2 inches and has all of the deluxe features and appointments of the Imperial's Royal Hawaiian family, but uses a pickup and equalizer system that is optimized for use at higher volumes. The Classic-T has an excellent under-saddle pickup system feeding a preamp with 4-bands of EQ.
