These cord hooks are black and made of polyurethane which means they can survive most weather conditions without breaking down. Our cord locks can withstand temperature extremes with resistances to and corrosion proof. Attach these to bungee cords by sliding the cord through the locking ring and then into the end of the hook, then just slip the locking ring into place for a strong hold that won't pull apart.
