1 lb - 454 g tier III shungite stones. Ideal format for couples and small families. Size of each stone 0.4 - 1.2" (10 - 30mm) How do you use shungite stones to make shungite water? First rinse the stones until water runs clear. (shungite is messy and there can be powder residue that should be rinsed away before use) Then put the shungite stones at the bottom of a glass or ceramic water pitcher - Use 100 - 150 grams for each litre of water or 4 oz of shungite in 34 oz of water. After 24 - 72 hours the water will be ready for use * For best results, you should expose the shungite stones under sunlight every month and replace them every 6 months. Benefits and usage: Water infused with shungite becomes a colloidal solution of hydrated fullerenes. It is recommended to drink at least 2 - 3 glasses of shungite water a day. Use shungite water on your skin: Daily use of shungite water to wash the face or body improves skin elasticity and gives it a healthy look. Use Shungite to make shungite baths: You can can also use shungite stones to make shungite baths. In order to make a shungite bath infuse 400 - 500 grams of shungite stones into the bath with hot water for 15 - 20 minutes.
