About 4Spray | Eductor | 1/4 Inch (20 Count) | MNPT

4Spray’s Eductor Tank Mixing Agitation Nozzles are designed to convert high input fluid velocity into low pressure recirculation for effective mixing and agitation. The amount of fluid that exits the nozzle is three to five times the amount of fluid pumped. Our nozzles require minimal maintenance and are inherently clog-resistant for immediate and continuous mixing at temperatures up to 95° C What Do Eductor Tank Mixing Agitation Nozzles Do? Tank mixing is necessary to keep contents and solutions thoroughly mixed, proper chemical/biological reactions, homogenization of products, sediment build-up prevention, proper draining/pumping, thermal stratification prevention and bacterial growth avoidance. 4Spray tank mixing nozzles greatly reduce the complexity, capital cost, and maintenance requirements of any system by utilizing a pump and submerged spray nozzles, in place of conventional mechanical components, to mix immiscible liquids or solids that need to be kept suspended. Common Applications for Tank Mixing Nozzles Waste water treatment plants Oil and gas storage tanks Drinking water holding tanks and reservoirs Aerobic & anaerobic digesters Homogenize tank contents when pumping/draining Sweep sludge & sediment from tank bottoms Blending ethanol and bio-diesel Particulate/solid suspension Transport tankers Chemical injection/mixing Acid/chemical storage tanks Slurry mixing/holding tanks Lake/river water inlets Steam/air injection Aquarium and Aquatic use Plating tanks, Cleaning tanks Phosphating tanks E-coat tanks Fertilizer tanks Pulp tanks Sludge tanks Paint booths Anodizing tanks Cooling towers and decorative fountains 4Spray PPL tank mixing nozzles are available in sizes from 1/4 inch to 1.5 inch.
