Puritan 6" Sterile Standard Cotton Swab w/Polystyrene Handle - 25-806 1PC is sold as a box of 100 individually wrapped swabs. This absorbent cotton tipped applicator is produced with high quality USP grade cotton which is carded and coiled onsite to maintain consistency. It is bonded securely to a semi-flexible polystyrene handle by an aqueous based adhesive. This sterile product has a 6" (152.4 mm) polystyrene handle with a standard cotton tip. This item can be used in many ways: cell collection for DNA testing; for application of topical dressings; general purpose medication applicator; wound dressing and cleaning.
