About Pat LaFrieda Signature Choice Beef Filet Mignon
The Filet Mignon is by far the most tender cut of beef. It’s leaner than other steaks, but our upper 1/3rd's USDA Choice, center cut Filet Mignons have great marbling which makes them very flavorful. The barrel cut is from the thickest part of the tenderloin. That is the ideal cut for cooking because it won’t overcook too quickly. All of our beef is grown and raised in the USA by our partner ranchers and are always anti-biotic free, hormone free, vegetarian fed and hand selected by Pat LaFrieda for quality and freshness you wont find anywhere else.
