How to take measurements correctly? 1. With the left wrist and palm up, also apply to the right wrist, better to use the left. 2. Leave 0.5-1.0cm(about one finger width) distance between the cuff and the palm. 3. Keep the cuff at your heart level. 4. Keep your feet positioned on the floor, and do not cross your feet. 5. Keep quiet and relax the body, do not talk during measure. 6. While measuring in a row, please span 4-5 minutes.
