The inhaler is designed for breathing exercises to prevent and treat various diseases, to improve the immune and adaptive capabilities of the organism, for rehabilitation and recovery under adverse environmental factors and stress, to enhance physical capacity and metabolism. The trainer has been clinically tested and is recognized as medical device. The method was created to eliminate the incurable diseases of the inventor himself, and later of all the followers of the new technology . The method is based on diaphragmatic exercises done at a positive pressure of 20 mm water column.
