About Weld Mount AT-6030 Metal Bond Adhesive
Acrylic adhesive cannot send air, only UPS Ground AT-6030 is a 10 to 1 metal bonding adhesive. It has high viscosity and dries in 10 to 12 minutes, has a working time of 6 minutes and develops work force in 40 minutes. AT-6030 develops over 2,500 pounds of tensile strength on most metal surfaces, making it an ideal alternative to welding in many applications. AT-6030 has a shelf life of 6 months and should always be stored refrigerated. Packaged in a 40ml cartridge, this adhesive is to be used with our AT-300 Gun, AT-12 Plunger, and AT-650 Mix Tips. The 40ml cartridge will bind 80 - 120 pieces.
