About Roller Chain Detacher And Connecting Puller Holder

How to replace a roller chain: 1. Find the link you want to replace. Place jaws of tool over roller with push-out pin centered on chain pin. 2. Turn the top handle clockwise to tighten until the chain pin is loose. 3. Do the same with the second chain pin to loosen the chain plate from the pin. 4. And then, the node of chain pin will be disassembled. NOTE: Do not push the ejector pin all the way into the chain link as this will damage the chain. It is better to remove the chain before the thimble has been pushed out about 1/2 way.
