Description Yellow paper ESD Warning label printed with message “Attention Observe Precautions for Handling Electrostatic Sensitive Devices”. The permanent acrylic adhesive label provides a warning message for handling electrostatic sensitive devices. Used for meeting S20.20, ANSI/ESD S8.1, JEDC Standards. Item #: LB9080, LB9081, 06735, B6735. Per ANSI/ESD S8.1 section 3.1 ESD Susceptibility Symbol Application states 1 “The ESD susceptibility symbol should be used on assemblies and devices that have a sensitivity to ESD events.” and, “The symbol may be incorporated on a sticker used to close or seal ESD protective packaging to indicated that materials inside the package are ESD susceptible." ESD attention labels are designed to indicate that contents of the package with the label are susceptible to damage. The packaging must be grounded and ESD control precautions are required when opening the packaging and handling the contents. Labels with permanent adhesive will tear when removed to indicate that the package has been opened. Labels with permanent adhesive can not be reused.
