This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman is perfect for use in butcher shops, markets or grocery stores. It smoothly dispenses many types of paper including butcher, Kraft and gift wrapping paper. It cuts evenly, using either side of the double-edged blade. Roll changing is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. This paper dispenser / cutter also includes rubber feet to protect the surfaces. It can also be mounted underneath a counter or on a wall.
