About Vibra-TITE - 42025 420 High Temperature And High

Vibra-TITE 420 Instant Pipe Sealant is a slow curing sealant but provides an instant seal on tightened fittings. Initially the material seals against moderate pressure of up to 150 psi. This product is anaerobic with no solvents and no shrinkage which provides a vibration proof seal that is resistant to most chemicals and corrosion. Sealant develops a controlled low strength for easy disassembly. Vibra-TITE 420 Instant Pipe Sealant with Teflon lubricates parts during assembly. The cure system allows for realignment of parts up to 48 hours from application. This product can be used on most hydraulic, pneumatic, oil, water, and gas connections. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the tube or brushed directly onto threaded parts. Fixture Speed with Activator is
