About RVS Technology T6A Automatic Transmission
There are many metal gears, bearings, and valves as well as an oil pump inside automatic transmissions that benefit from the effects of an RVS Technology treatment. Friction surfaces of these parts are treated and the friction between them is reduced, allowing your transmission to operate smoother and quieter. Internal heat production that burns the oil and is the main cause for transmission failure is reduced, extending the life of the oil and transmission itself. RVS Technology produces a number of products utilizing unique patented Triboceramic Nanotechnology. These products form a tougher than metal ceramic Nano-coating over metal surfaces which are normally subject to heat and friction. This coating is highly effective at repairing and renewing metal surfaces and uses ‘smart’ heat-seeking properties to ensure it automatically applies itself to the areas where its effects are most required. The RVS compound reacts at the actual friction contact points and integrates with the original friction surface metal. The friction decreases and the tolerances and compression will be restored to, or close to, original specification - without dismantling the engine. The new Triboceramic structure reduces very effectively the risk of seizing in case of serious lubrication problems or even in case of hazardous lubrication loss.
