No crimping, glue, soldering or tools are necessary, simply insert the pipe and the stainless steel teeth bite down and grip tight, while a specially formulated O-ring compresses to create a perfect seal. The MNPT adapter can be easily disassembled using a disconnect tool so that fittings and valves can be easily changed and reused (Disconnect tool not included). The MNPT fitting can even be rotated after assembly to allow for easier installation in tight spaces.
