The Burndy Y60BHU Hypress single acting remote hydraulic crimping tool provides 60 tons of crimping force and is suitable for use with wide copper and aluminum conductors and connectors in conjunction with a 10,000 psi hydraulic pump. Its frame and base are made of steel for strength and durability, and it comes equipped with a nest hinge that allows the user to place the tool in a fully open position, a captive locking pin and handle for the tool nest, a positive push button die lock and release mechanism, and a built-in carrying handle. This crimping tool is suitable for use with a range of large copper and aluminum conductors and connectors in industrial and commercial applications.
