We offer these 2-piece factory matched Rail & Stile cutters in three popular profiles; Ogee, Standard and 15° Shaker. Each are perfect for use with doorframe stock from ¾" to 1-1/4" thick. We grind these micro-grain carbide cutters on state-of-the-art computer numerical controlled machines (C.N.C.) to ensure a precise fit and the cleanest cutting action possible. For cutting arched doors make sure to purchase our RUB-102 rub collar to be used with the Stile profile cutter when following arched door templates. With the optional Glass Door Cutter, item #83-032, you can make beautiful glass panel doors by rabbeting the back of the door frame in a single operation. Making flat panel doors? Make sure to purchase our 83-033 plywood conversion slot cutter. This kit works with items 83-030, 83-031, and 83-034 and will cut a 5.5mm slot for undersized ¼" plywood. No more rattle in your doors when using plywood!
