About Air Pneumatic Automatic Palm Hammer, 1000 Stroke
Can be used to replaces mallet and hammer in close quarter situations. This palm sized pneumatic air hammer applies trims and seals when speed and high volume installations are essential. Reduce the need for a variety of hammers and mallets! The Air Hammer operates from 60 PSI to 125 PSI and a regulated can be used for your assembly application. Operation above 125 PSI may cause internal damage to the tool. Single Hammer Blow: A light tap of the hammer tip against the work-piece and instant withdrawal away from the work-piece will permit a single hammer blow. Multiple Hammer Blows: A light tap of the hammer tip against the work-piece and continued light pressure against the work-piece will permit continuous hammering. Use a non-detergent oil, 6 to 10 weight, for lubrication. Common usages include installing dowel pins, tee molding, screen spines and is excellent for auto body panel bumping.
