Arc Abrasives 1067255-3 Type 27 High Density Aluminum Oxide+ Flap Discs are 4 Inch in diameter with a 7/8-inch arbor hole. They have an added grinding aid to keep it cool when grinding. These discs aggressively remove welds and clean imperfections and have a phenolic (fiberglass) backing that will not scratch the work piece. Their overlapping construction offers aggressive cutting action with two steps in one: Remove stock and blend during the same operation. This means there's no extra tooling and no production downtime for the operator. Type 27/Flat Face. 60 Grit. Pack of 10 flap discs.
