To make sure it fits the Sweep size its measure from the bottom of the gown from one side to the other. Length is measured from the back of the gown. From the top of neck all the way to the bottom. The shoulder is measure from the side of the neck to the end of the sleeve. This gown is considered a one size fits all and its normally the same size that a hospital gown/hospital johnny is given at an emergency room at a hospital.
