This sheet of LaserMax engraving plastic in Celadon Green / White (celadon green cap on white core) is 2-ply and has a non-glare finish. It is 1/16" thick with a nominal size of 24" × 48" (measures 24.125" × 49"). MATERIAL INFORMATION Rowmark LaserMax is specifically engineered to enable cleaner and faster engraving and is compatible with both laser and rotary engraving methods. These two and three-ply acrylic sheets consist of a cap layer and a core layer, each made from different colors or color combinations of plastic. When engraved, the top cap layer is removed to reveal the contrasting core layer, creating a high-visibility, durable mark. These engraving plastics are often used for creating interior and exterior signage, plaques, industrial labels, trophies, awards, personal identification, name badges, and other custom-engraved items. Given their durability and versatility, they are popular in a variety of settings including retail, hospitality, corporate offices, and educational institutions. HANDLING & CARE To clean, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water (no citrus based solutions). Test a piece of scrap or small area of the material before cleaning the entire piece. Use a Q-Tip to clean small areas. To remove dust from engraved areas, try compressed air prior to any liquid cleaners. Cleaners with abrasives and ultrasonic cleaners are not recommended. When lasering materials, it is helpful to first vector cut the file with the masking on, and then remove the masking to raster engrave. Doing this keeps the masking on the unused material for later use and can reduce cleaning time for the current project.
