It has proven successful to more than 2000 satisfied customers. Thank you for your business! For superior weldability, our fittings are precision CNC machined in house of grade 304 Stainless. Each one is individually test fitted with an actual sensor before packaging, Avoid imitations. Call them whatever you want: weld fittings / mounting bosses (OE style) for GM Duramax Diesel EGT sensors. No longer will an expensive emissions aftertreatment component need to be replaced if a seized temperature sensor breaks off. Now you can simply weld one of these in place of the old one, or drill a hole and weld it next to the old one, then install a new sensor. These 14mm X 1.50 EGT sensor bosses will work with Duramax Diesels of several model years, and many commercial trucks using 14mm EGT sensors of the same type. This listing is for the weld fitting only, the sensor is sold separately at your local Chevrolet or GMC dealership.
