About Nalgene 127-0045 Polystyrene With Cellulose Nitrate
This polystyrene filter unit has a 500mL upper with a 1000mL receiver. It features a leakproof 1-1/2 turn threaded screw closure. Green collar. Each case includes 12 glass-fiber prefilters. This 1000mL size is recommended for filtering aqueous solutions such as buffers (depending on the particle load throughput may not equal 1000mL.) Separate transparent sterile receivers are available (See Cat#: NAL-455 Series). Polystyrene upper and receiver housing. Cellulose Nitrate (CN) membrane diameter: 75mm. Pore size: 0.45µm.
