HANDS ON LEARNING || This hands on learning kit is perfect for introducing students to the basics of electrical circuits and Morse Code. This engaging exercise allows them to explore and understand which configurations result in a successful or unsuccessful current path- all while having fun building their kits!
EXPLORE A VARIETY OF CIRCUIT CONFIGURATIONS || Learners will be able to build a variety of circuit configurations, including basic, series & parallel circuits. The end goal is to successfully create a current path that lights up the miniature light bulb. Kit contains both a knife switch and a contact key, so the completion of a circuit can be demonstrated in multiple ways
14 PIECE KIT || Kit is comprised of 14 components - two D-cell batteries, 120" of insulated wire, knife switch, single contact key, two bulb holders, two battery holders and five miniature light bulbs. *Required but not included: Wire Cutter & Stripper, and Multimeter or Voltmeter & Ammeter (used for measuring current behaviors)
EXPERIMENT GUIDE || The included experiment guide includes instructions for setting up your circuits safely, steps for each experiment, discussion topics and activity questions
GREAT FOR REMOTE LEARNING || Great for physics classrooms, as well as for remote learning. An educational and exciting activity for budding engineers
The Morse Code Circuit Kit is an ideal tool for teaching the basics of circuitry and electricity and is also a great method for teaching about the Morse Code. The kit contains both a switch and a contact key, so the completion of a circuit can be shown in multiple ways. The contact key can also be used to show the basic idea of Morse Code. When the circuit is completed (via the switch and/or contact key), the light bulb produces a bright light. This kit is ideal for teaching both basic circuits/electronics and the basics about Morse Code in a visually and kinesthetically effective manner.
