This edge features a unique grind that creates true safety blades: they cut materials effectively but are safe to the touch. And because our advanced ceramic blades have superior wear resistance, They last up to 11 times longer than comparable steel blades. Slice 10536 and 10537 blades were designed for the 10596 (Manual retraction) and 10597 (automatic retraction) seam ripper models, but they also fit in several craft handles, allowing you to choose the best combination for your needs. Our seam ripper blades are compatible with both our craft knife models (10548 and 10589), our replaceable-blade scalpel (10568), and the shorter precision knife, with its unique handle (10580). These handle options—all of them ergonomic and compatible for right- and left-handed use—open up possibilities for our seam ripper blades.
