Style:15/50° Brix Style:15/50° Brix Made from optical quality polycarbonate plastic material, these plain form hydrometers are durable and shatterproof making them ideal in situations where rough handling or contamination could be an issue, such as in the food or beverage industries. Available in two models measuring sugar from 0 degrees to 35 degrees or 15 degrees to 50 degreesBrix, these hydrometers measure % sucrose by weight. Easy to read black scale on yellow back helps avoid eye fatigue. Each is 300 mm (12") long, contains lead free ballast, is individually serialized, and has a temperature standardization of 20 degrees C.
