About Digital Brix Refractometer - Pairs With Smartphone
Khalder digital refractometer (SRS03) is a portable, water resistant, digital electronic equipment that measures brix scale in 0.0 to 53.0% range. It uses the refractive index of solution through an optical glass prism, which measures the sugar level and converts to units of percent by weight (Brix). This refractometer is suitable in measuring sugar levels in food, fruit, beverages in various culinary, food or beverage production and manufacturing industries.
