This Tailpipe and exhaust pipe is used to cut pipes with diameters ranging from 3/4-Inch to 3-1/4-Inch (19-83mm). It has fifteen (15) blades that effectively cut pipe, only a 1/4 inch rotation is needed for a complete cut. This tool is made of high quality carbon steel, strong, sturdy and the handles are plastisol-dipped for comfortable holding. Perfect to for cutting most types of pipework. Suitable for stainless steel, mild steel, galvanised steel, copper and aluminium pipes. Some tips during using: 1: The pipe you are cutting needs to be anchored somehow or it will be significantly harder to get the needed twisting motion with the wrench. 2. Once you have the wrench around the pipe, do a light squeeze for at least 1/4 turn, 1/2 turn would be better but in tight spaces a 1/4 will work. Then squeeze the handles REALLY hard and you will feel the blades sink into the small groove. Hold as tight as you can and twist 1/4 to 1/2 inch turns back and forth. Don't let your grip loosen.
