It has a 0.7-inch (17mm) clamping bar minimum shaft diameter and includes 9 clamp holes to allow full adjustment that suits most vehicles with constant velocity U-joints. This tool allows for handsfree operation, so you can easily release the retaining circlip. It also reduces the risk of damaging the joint, transmission, and other parts. The body of this unit is made of zinc-plated steel while the bar is made of black-oxide steel for strength and longevity.
