Cabernet Sauvignon Certified FPS Clone 7 on the 1103P Rootstock. Improved performance under warmer temperatures, and better stability of berry chemistry are both characteristics of the FPS Clone 7. The 1103P root stock offers greatly improved performance under drought conditions and soil salinity conditions . Heavy clusters of 23mm berries, with individual cluster weights up to 14 oz. superb varietal representation. Produces a satiny, rich, and complex wine. Notes of blackberry, black currant, cassis, and plum. Pairs well with sirloin fillet, rib roast, or lamb.
