I love it and it hold great 3XL I am a size 12 and i got 3XL which fits good I am a size 8 and ordered a 10 and it fits lovley I'm 5ft 4in tall and weigh 134lbs would a medium fit me? I think it depends on how tight you want it. I'm 5 ft 4 in and weigh 160 and would have liked a firmer fit. It's comfortable though Might be too big, because I ordered a Medium and I'm also 5'5" but weigh 170 and it fits me just right.
