CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE Please refer to the last but one picture of listing photos for sizing guidance. If you're preparing ahead, take size 36D for example - If you’re in early stage of pregnancy and you’re wearing 36D, we’d suggest adding one cup size and one band size up, i.e. 38E/ XL. These bras should feel comfortably secure on the tightest setting, giving you plenty of room to adjust the fit as you grow. If you're now in third trimester and you're wearing 36D, we'd suggest adding one cup size up, i.e. 36E/ XL. These should feel comfortably secure on the loosest setting so that you can adjust the fit as your body settles back to normal. If you’re now breastfeeding and you’re wearing 36D, then your current size should fit, i.e. 36D/ L to get stronger support. In case you’d prefer larger space for better comfort, please consider XL.
