Step 3: After you open the row counter, you can two small black gears and two small white gears. Please put the two small white gears into correct position,so that they fit tightly together. In this steps, the two small black gears sometimes would be pop up. At this time, you need to balance the two small black gears. Step 4:Tighten the 3 screws of the counter.
