About Grumbacher Academy Watercolor Oval Wash
This 3/4" Size Grumbacher Academy Watercolor Oval Wash brush features a short handle. It is made of soft white nylon, ensuring even strokes and excellent color carrying qualities. This student grade brush combines quality craftsmanship at an affordable price. It is particularly matched to the Grumbacher Academy Watercolor paints. The oval wash is similar to a filbert but with a thicker middle for holding more water and paint. An extremely versatile brush; it can be used as both a wash brush on its broad side, and it serves like a round on its narrow side. It cleans up easily and is less prone to breakage than many other watercolor brushes.
