These are the industry standard (#6-6) 3/16 inch barrel diameter kydex eyelets (sometimes called kydex rivets) that are used in DIY Kydex, Holstex, and Boltaron holster and knife sheath making. The #6-6 eyelet length is designed for binding materials with a combined thickness to 0.120 inch. This allows for the proper roll-over head flaring needed to securely bind the combined materials. The through-hole needed for this eyelet is 0.1875 inches. With this diameter, the eyelet will press through the hole with minimum side-to-side play. This ensures that the materials being bound do not shift or misalign.
