About Q-Bright® Endure Plus Chemiluminescent Detection

Q-Bright Endure Plus chemiluminescent detection kit is a distinctively sensitive luminol-based substrate for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugates and providing stable light output for hours. Q-Bright Endure Plus distinctively combines high sensitivity with prolonged light production in a chemiluminescent reagent, unlike other products currently in the market. Q-Bright Endure Plus provides twice the signal of Q-Bright Endure without dramatically compromising the signal duration. This reagent's excellent sensitivity exceeds the sensitivity of many popular, commercially available reagents that advertise mid-femtogram sensitivity. No other chemiluminescent kit on the market has the sensitivity and working range of Q-Bright Endure Plus; this product is unique. It is exceptionally beneficial for very low-level antigen recognition in western blot, ELISA, and other chemiluminescent-based applications where stable, long-term light output is required. Each kit contains two bottles: a brown bottle containing the light-sensitive, luminol-based substrate and a clear bottle containing a stable peroxide. For western blots, use a minimum of 0.1 mL of Q-Bright Endure Plus per square centimeter of the membrane.
