About Crimestopper SV-6830.FD Black Tailgate Camera For
The SecurView is part of Crimestopper's commercial line of cameras and is custom designed to replace the stock tailgate handle of all Ford F-150 pickup trucks 2004-2013 (except Heritage model trucks) and all 2008 to 2013 F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 (except Heritage model trucks). The camera itself is a 170 degrees wide-angle CMOS color camera that is set inside a custom tailgate handle housing. Once the camera is installed, it looks completely stock and there are no wires showing. The custom design makes it very easy for installers as well as there are no holes that have to be drilled into the tailgate handle for mounting. Other features of the camera include selectable parking lines for accurately judging the distance behind the vehicle as well as selectable normal and reverse imaging.
