About 3" Inch Cooling Extendable Cold Air Intake Flexible
3" BlingLights Flex hose expands to 36" in length. These are universal, very durable and great for custom applications like Cold Air intake Ducting or Brake Ducting. Has "memory" flex and will hold its shape, so it can be use to get air from your lower valance into your filter, or cool your brakes rotors on track days. It is made of a flexible plastic with a wire core to hold its shape. Hose has 3" ID so it will slip over 3" pipes without requiring a coupler like some off the shelf hoses. These are cut into 3ft sections fully expanded and will compress to an 11" size, very easy to trim with tin snips, scissors or wire cutters. Will leave clean edges when cut. MADE IN THE USA Customer Letter: Great product. I used it to replace the old rotted air duct hose on my 05' MB C230 SS (M271 Engine). As any Mercedes owner know, parts can be on the $$ side. An OEM replacement would have cost me in the neighborhood of 125-150. This item cost only 40, and in my humble opinion, looks better and is a lot more sturdy than the stock "cloth-like" hosing. It's highly configurable (expands/contracts like an Accordion) and fits snug. Overall, very please with this product. A+
